About Amanda

I am a Licensed Acupuncturist. I have a degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading and I am a member of the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians. The AAC is a stakeholder in the British Acupuncture Federation.
I am also a NADA practitioner and incorporate this into my practice.

I first had acupuncture when I contracted a serious viral infection that affected the nerve supplying my vocal chords and literally left me speechless. Acupuncture helped with the chronic fatigue that affected me as a result of the viral infection and helped to restore my strength. I decided to study acupuncture as I had benefited from it so much.
I continue to learn about specialist areas of acupuncture and attend courses including ones on:
Dr Tan's Balance Method for treatment of pain
NADA Five Point Protocol for Substance Misuse & Stress Management
Treating Severe and Enduring Mental Health
Tuina Massage
